Exhibition registration includes the booth only. Each exhibitor must purchase a minimum of 1 Exhibition Staff pass (includes full event access) and may book up to 3 additional Exhibition Staff passes during registration. After July 3, Exhibition Staff passes availability will be subject to the limits of general registration so it is recommended that Exhibition Staff passes are reserved during the purchase of your booth. Upon completing registration, exhibitors will receive a link within 2 business days to register their requested number of Exhibition Staff (up to 4). Exhibition Staff may be reserved post registration by modifying your exhibitor registration.
Booth numbers will be confirmed upon selection and your company name will appear under the floor plan immediately. If the booth is already purchased you will need to select an alternate location to secure. Booths listed the Exhibitor List above are no longer available. Once registered, a representative will reach out with further details. Please refer to the exhibition setup and tear down times.
To obtain a member rate you MUST have your 2024 member fees paid in full prior to attending the show(s) you register for or the non-member rate will apply. To check on the status of your membership or for membership numbers please contact info@cga.ca.
