All shipments must be scheduled with Robinson Show Services to ensure coordination with the venue. See full shipping details in the Exhibitor Kit. 

IMPORTANT: all exhibitor equipment must be shipped to the advance warehouse. To keep things smooth and efficient for everyone, individual access to the loading bay on setup day will not be available.

Dimensions: 10 ft wide, 10 ft deep

Includes:
 

• 3 m backwall with booth identifier decal;
• 1 cruiser table;
• 2 stools.

Carpet included (all booth carpets will be the same blue unless another colour is ordered).

The exhibitor may exchange the inclusions for upgrades to their booth.

Multiple booths can be purchased together to make a larger booth/lounge.

Exhibition staff:

CGA member: $1,100 CAD
Non member: $1,300 CAD

To obtain a member rate you MUST have your 2025 member fees paid in full prior to attending the show(s) you register for or the non-member rate will apply. To check on the status of your membership or for membership numbers please contact info@cga.ca.

28 exhibitors may select to present on a first come first serve basis in the CGA's What's Current. This year, presentations will take place on both Tuesday and Wednesday following our lunch breaks. After the presentations, we will break to visit our exhibitors.

Each participating exhibitor will have a maximum of 3 minutes to present, and this time will be strictly enforced. We recommend that presenters be well rehearsed and use a slideshow containing mainly visuals to complement their remarks.

Alternatively, a video may be submitted. Videos help ensure that your full message is conveyed within the 3-minute time limit. Any videos exceeding 3 minutes will be cut off at the 3-minute mark.

To encourage conversation, we ask that you provide three points of interest during registration that you would like attendees to discuss with you. All exhibitors will receive a QR code unique to their booth upon arrival at the event. Attendees can scan your QR code to receive a point in acknowledgment of visiting your booth.

After an attendee has spoken with you about one of your selected topics, we ask that you allow them to scan your code. Attendees will be able to view the list of your discussion topics through our event app.
