| What's Current presentation: LIMITED OPPORTUNITY |
28 exhibitors may select to present on a first come first serve basis in the CGA's What's Current. This year, presentations will take place on both Tuesday and Wednesday following our lunch breaks. After the presentations, we will break to visit our exhibitors.
Each participating exhibitor will have a maximum of 3 minutes to present, and this time will be strictly enforced. We recommend that presenters be well rehearsed and use a slideshow containing mainly visuals to complement their remarks.
Alternatively, a video may be submitted. Videos help ensure that your full message is conveyed within the 3-minute time limit. Any videos exceeding 3 minutes will be cut off at the 3-minute mark. |

| Exhibitor scavenger hunt: |
To encourage conversation, we ask that you provide three points of interest during registration that you would like attendees to discuss with you. All exhibitors will receive a QR code unique to their booth upon arrival at the event. Attendees can scan your QR code to receive a point in acknowledgment of visiting your booth.
After an attendee has spoken with you about one of your selected topics, we ask that you allow them to scan your code. Attendees will be able to view the list of your discussion topics through our event app. |
